look at the other health benefits of coconut oil. Of course the benefits of

but rather reduce injuries in arteries hence helping prevent atherosclerosis.

helping preventing various stomach and digestion related completions such as irritable
bowel syndrome. The saturated fats present in coconut oil are also known to be

have proven that when applied on infections, coconut oil forms a chemical layer
that protects the infected area. The layer prevents dust, bacteria and viruses

one sure way to help in removing stress and mental fatigue. In addition, users
claim that coconut oil to be the best massage oil around since it has multiple
benefits to your skin. These benefits include skin moisturization, prevention
against infections, and prevention against wrinkling, skin sagging and age
spots. It also prevents against harmful Ultraviolet rays.
5 .Coconut oil and diabetes
Another
benefit of coconut oil is its ability to improve the body’s use of blood
glucose and the secretion and absorption of insulin. We know that insufficient
insulin in the blood increases the risk of diabetes. By regulating the level of
insulin in the body, coconut oil is in fact shielding you from diabetes.
